Term And Condition
PAYMENT POLICIES –
1) Direct Bank deposit /NEFT/Net banking/cheques / demand drafts/ money orders
2) Only domestic transfers in bank accounts, No. foreign transfers will be accepted.
3) Cheques/demand drafts and money orders must be received with in 3 business days
of the orders.
4) Ceques purchases will be shipped post cheques cleared.
5) All payments should be notified pre and post deposition.
ORDER POLICIES –
1) Any order placed can be holded for 3 days post invoice provided.
2) Invoice provided will be inclusive courier charges.
3) Minimum order should be entire set of catalogue from all new catalogues
4) Retail inquiries will be rooted through our esteemed retailers.
5) Older catalogues orders can be clubbed with a minimum order of 25 pieces.
SHIPPING POLICIES (DOMESTIC) –
1) All products are shipped via reputed courier services like sahara super courier and DTDC or Speed and safe and are completely reliable.
2) Our shipping rates are subsidized and are usually lower than the other courier services.
3) Customers are free to choose their own mode of transport but the delivery and responsibility of the parcel is solely theirs.
4) Please note the parcel is checked and weighed and the same reflects in all airway bill copies. In any case if the weight does not reflect – The same needs tobe notified before receiving or acknowledging the receipt copies.
5) All parcels should be weighed on delivery and acknowledged only if the same matches with the figures mentioned on the AWb copies.
6) We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time-lags by the courier company in delivering the parcel to the customers.
7) Any lost or damaged product needs to be notified on the air way bill copy of the courier.
8) No claims will be accepted if the same is not notified on the air way bill copy.
9) All Shipping charges are borne by the Customer only.
RETURN GOODS POLICY- damaged products (if any)
1) Damaged products needs to be notified on the date of delivery and should be sent be back to us within 7 days after receiving the products.
2) Any complaints with regard to damage/stain/stitching or any other should be reported and notified with in 24 hours of receipt.
3) We may ask digital picture of the damaged product to review the same.
4) Shipping cost of the return product will not be borne by the company.
5) Returns will not be accepted for custom made or stitched clothing.
PRIVATE POLICIES –
1) As prices are very secretive and sensitive issue for any company therefore all prices are shared under a compliance of placing an orders with us any undue circulation of the same may cause judicial trials.
2) Prices are not permanent and can be changed periodically, prices in the invoice will be final price applicable on the particular orders.
3) Photos are References Purpose Only, Please use the Pictures on Facebook and website or any other Digital Media, only if you are buying the Full catalouge.
4) *** All the stocks Comes with a Guided Price. Only the buyers have authorized to use the pictures on Digital media.
5) Misuse of the Pictures is not allowed and prior permission have to be taken from Bandhej Boutque.
